12VDC TO 220VAC 400W PURE-SINEWAVE INVERTER (USED)
Share :
This specification describes a high-quality 400W Pure Sine Wave Inverter, which is a significant upgrade over the "Modified Sine" version. The use of the EGS002 driver board makes this a professional-grade DIY or industrial solution, as it provides a true sinusoidal output identical to the power from a wall outlet.
The Brain: EGS002 SPWM Driver
The EGS002 is a specialized "Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation" (SPWM) module. It handles all the complex math and timing required to create a smooth wave.
EG8010 ASIC: This is the main control chip.It generates the digital SPWM signal and manages all safety logic.
IR2110 Driver: These chips act as the "muscles," taking the low-power signal from the EG8010 and switching the high-power MOSFETs on the main board.
Pure Sine Wave: Unlike modified waves, this inverter can safely power sensitive electronics like medical devices, laser printers, and high-end audio without "buzzing" or overheating.
The EGS002 module provides a multi-layered defense system to protect both the inverter hardware and your connected appliances.
The Logic: The board continuously monitors the output power. If you exceed 400W for a sustained period, the system enters a protection state.
The Benefit: Prevents the transformer and MOSFETs from overheating and degrading due to excessive power draw.
The Logic: This is faster than overload protection. It monitors the peak current flowing through the H-bridge MOSFETs via a shunt resistor.
The Benefit: Protects the power transistors from instant failure if a high-surge motor (like a small pump) tries to pull too many Amps during startup.
The Logic: If the AC output terminals are bridged, the IFB (Current Feedback) pin on the EGS002 detects a near-instantaneous spike.
The Action: It shuts down the SPWM drive signals in microseconds, much faster than a traditional fuse could blow.
Undervoltage Protection (10.5V): Automatically shuts down to prevent deep-discharging and damaging your 12V lead-acid or lithium battery.
Overvoltage Protection (15V): Protects the internal capacitors and MOSFETs if a charging source (like a solar controller) malfunctions and sends too much voltage.
Over-Temperature Protection: When paired with an NTC thermistor, the board will shut down if the heat sinks exceed 70°C, preventing thermal runaway.
